ZAPP LADIES 1ST is a female-focused driving school. Our services are exclusively available to individuals who identify as women. All instructors and learners must adhere to this policy to maintain the safe, respectful space we have created.

2. Lesson Bookings
• All driving lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Lessons can be booked individually or as part of a package.
• Pupils must hold a valid provisional or full UK driving licence and bring it to the first lesson.

3. Payments
• Payment must be made in advance to secure bookings.
• We accept payment via bank transfer.
• Special offers (e.g., 10-hour packages) are valid for a limited time and Lessons must be completed within three months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the lesson being charged in full.
• Missed lessons without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellations for intensive driving courses must be made at least two weeks in advance.

5. Refund Policy
If less than two weeks’ notice is given for an intensive booking 50% of the full course amount will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Admin and transaction fees will apply to all refunds.

6. Driving Test Bookings
• It is the pupil’s responsibility to book their theory and practical driving tests unless otherwise arranged with us.
• Instructors will advise when the pupil is test-ready. We reserve the right to withhold use of the driving school car for tests if we feel the pupil is not adequately prepared.

7. Code of Conduct
• Pupils are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during lessons.
• Instructors reserve the right to terminate a lesson if a pupil is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or behaving inappropriately.
• Abuse or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in permanent removal from our services.

• ZAPP LADIES 1ST and its instructors are not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during lessons.
• While every effort is made to provide safe instruction, we are not responsible for incidents outside of our control.
